“Hi Danny, Just a quick report regarding the delivery. The chaps turned up bright and early Thursday morning, offloaded in about 1 hour – all cartons present and correct (and intact!). Because they were able to access the underground car park and lift, it was a simple matter of one chap loading the lift from the van and one unloading the lift outside my apartment.
They left well ahead of schedule and very pleased with themselves, so no problems or complications at all - pretty much as I expected.
Nevertheless, a first class service – many thanks.”
